　・Assistant for granting of disability notebook
　・Assistance for issuing a notebook of love
　・Support for recertification of disability certificate and love notebook re-judgment notification
　・Assistant for office work designated by Article 15 of the Disability Welfare Law
　・Office work (statistical preparation, document arrangement, telephone agency, etc.)
　・Other duties deemed necessary by the director in charge
　※Includes disaster response operations in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically, auxiliary work only in time)

A person who satisfies all of the following
（１） Those who can respond to telephone calls
（２） Those who can perform basic operations such as document creation and spreadsheet processing on a personal computer
　※　If you have knowledge and understanding about disability welfare, you can use it for your work.

（１） Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (working 3 days a week): 1 person

（２） Thursday and Friday (working 2 days a week): 1 person

　※（１） (2) It is also possible to work at the same time.

（１） Appointment Period
　　　July 1, 1960 to March 31, 2007
（２） Working days

　　①　Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (excluding national holidays and New Year's Holidays)

　　②　Thursday and Friday (excluding national holidays and New Year's holidays)

　　※①②It is also possible to work at the same time.

（３） Working hours
　　　9:00 to 16:00 (1 hour break)
（４） Workplace
　　　Yokohama City Rehabilitation Counseling Center for Persons with Disabilities (1770 Toriyamacho, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama)
（５） Payroll
　　　Hourly wage 1,220 yen per day: 7,320 yen　　
　　　End-of-term, diligent allowance (working at least three days a week) and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are separately paid
（６） Vacation
　　　According to the rules concerning working hours, vacations, etc. of the fiscal year of Yokohama City
（７） Social insurance
　　　None (if you work 5 days a week, join employee health insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance)
　※Other working conditions are based on regulations such as the regulations about salary of staff appointed for Yokohama-shi fiscal year and expense compensation.
