（４） Assistance services related to mental health consultation center operations
（５） Other duties deemed necessary by the director in charge
　　※ Includes disaster response operations in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically assisted work, only during working hours)

Those who satisfy (1) and (2) below
（１） A person who is qualified as a mental health worker or social worker
（２） Experienced consulting in the field of mental health and welfare (preferably have practical experience in the area of addiction)

（１） Appointment Period
　　　June 1, 1960 to March 31, 2007
　　　※If your work experience is good, you may be re-appointed. (Up to 4 times)
（２） Working hours
　　　From 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
　　　※Includes break time (1 hour) specified by the director in advance.
（３） Working days
　　　 5 days a week excluding Sunday and Saturday (excluding national holidays and New Year's holidays)
（４） Workplace
　　　 Yokohama City Kokoro Health Consultation Center (2-22 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City, Keihan Yokohama Building, 10th floor)
（５） Payroll
　 　212,800 yen per month
（６） Vacation
　 　Annual leave, summer vacation, sick leave, etc.
　　　 According to the rules concerning working hours, vacations, etc. of the fiscal year of Yokohama City
（７） Treatment and Benefits
　 Commuting allowance and term-end allowance shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance on Salary and Expense Reimbursement for Staff Fiscal Year of Yokohama.
