With the busy work under the jurisdiction of the Health and Social Welfare Bureau Disability Independence Support Division, we are recruiting staff (daily amount) for the fiscal year to provide administrative assistance.

Those who can efficiently perform work such as data input, table editing, and report output using a personal computer by using basic functions.
Duties
Administrative assistance such as benefit services in the mobility support section
[Main business contents]
(1) Confirmation work such as opening and receiving application documents by mail, preparing and filling out receipts, etc.
(2) Examination of document contents by confirmation of excess or deficiency of application documents
(3) Confirmation of return of incomplete documents, preparation and entry of return books, etc.
(4) Request for resubmission to the applicant
(5) Confirmation work such as opening, accepting, and creating and filling out the receipt book for resubmission after return
(6) Preparation for data entry of application documents after examination
(7) In addition, general affairs, etc. within the section (mail collection, etc.)
Working conditions and compensation
(1) Appointment period
From June 7, 1993 to July 21, 1993
(2) Working hours, etc.
9:00 to 16:00 (break time: 12:00 to 13:00)
(3) Working days
Working 5 days a week excluding Sunday, Saturday and public holidays
(4) Work location
Health and Social Welfare Bureau Disability Independence Support Section (North side of the 15th floor of 10 City Hall, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City)
(5) Amount of compensation, etc.
6,528 yen per day Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) will be paid separately.
