A person who can perform tasks such as data input, surface editing, and report output using a personal computer efficiently by using basic functions.

Administrative assistance such as payment-related services in the mobility support section

（１） Confirmation work such as opening of application documents by mail, acceptance process, preparation and entry of acceptance book
（２） Examination of document contents by confirming the excess or deficiency of application documents
（３） Confirmation work such as returning defective documents, preparation and entry of return books
（４） Request for resubmission to applicants
（５） Confirmation work such as opening of the application form, acceptance process, preparation and entry of acceptance book, etc.
（６） Preparation for data entry of application documents after examination
（７） In addition, general affairs, etc. within the department in charge (postal collection, etc.)

　　　9:00-16:00 (break time 12:00 to 13:00)

　　　Working 5 days a week, excluding Sunday, Saturday and public holidays
