Job description

(1) Office work assistance for nursing care business guidance section duties
  A. Scanning, document arrangement, etc. of new designation application documents
  B. Scanning, document arrangement, etc. of designated renewal application documents
  C. Scanning, document arrangement, etc. of change notification documents
  D. Scan, document arrangement, etc. of additional notification documents
  (E) Telephone response from nursing care service providers and users (telephone agency only)
(2) Administrative assistance related to the treatment improvement addition calculation work
  Oh, examination office work pertaining to plan of treatment improvement addition
  B) Telephone communication with the business office pertaining to the plan for treatment improvement addition (both power receiving and calling)
  C) Work such as data entry, document arrangement, etc. pertaining to the treatment improvement addition
  ※Telephone communication and examination work are handled manually, and if a decision is required, staff will respond.
(3) Other duties deemed necessary by the director in charge
  ※Includes disaster response operations in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically, auxiliary work only in time)

Working Conditions and Compensation

(1) Appointment Period
April 1, 1960 to March 31, 2007
(2) Working days, hours, place of work
Working days :4 days a week (excluding national holidays and closed days during the year-end and New Year holidays) excluding Sunday, Saturday and 1 day a week (day of the week specified by the nursing care business guidance section manager)
Working hours: From 9:00 to 17:00 (break time: in principle, from 12:00 to 13:00)
Work location: Health and Social Welfare Bureau Nursing Care Business Guidance Section (6-50-10 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
(3) Payroll
8,540 yen per day ※Term-end allowance, diligent allowance, and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are separately provided
(Information as of January 1, 2024.)
(4) Vacation
Annual leave, summer vacation, etc. (according to the rules on working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City)
(5) Social insurance
Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
(6) Others
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations concerning salaries and reimbursement of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City.

This offer is a matter that assumes that the 2024 budget will be voted in Yokohama City Council.
