　・Work to send notification documents to each ward
○Telephone agency of the Elderly Health and Welfare Division
○Administrative assistance for the Elderly Health and Welfare Division in general (including e-mail transmission work)
○Other duties deemed necessary by the director in charge
　※Includes disaster response operations in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically assisted work, only during working hours)

Person who can perform office work such as creating and inputting materials using Excel or Word, and can respond to telephone calls.

　　　9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (No break)

　　 4 days a week excluding Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday (excluding national holidays and New Year's holidays)

（5） Payroll
　　　An hourly wage of 1,132 yen, commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) separately

　　　According to the rules concerning working hours, vacations, etc. of the fiscal year of Yokohama City

Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations concerning salary of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City and reimbursement for expenses.
