We hold "local government blue carbon promotion liaison meeting"!

Yokohama City has been operating Yokohama City's own carbon offset system since FY2014 in the Yokohama Blue Carbon Project, a global warming countermeasure project that utilizes marine resources.
In recent years, blue carbon has been attracting attention as a measure against global warming, but only Yokohama City is currently implementing carbon offset using blue carbon.
We will hold the "Local Government Blue Carbon Promotion Liaison Conference" with the hope that many local governments in Japan will be aware of this initiative and that cooperation between local governments will be carried out.
