[Press Release] We hold "the 2nd local government virtual power plant (VPP) promotion liaison meeting"!

　Under the "Zero Carbon Yokohama", Yokohama City is strengthening measures to combat global warming and energy measures, and is promoting initiatives to realize a sustainable urban model.
　As part of this effort, utilizing the results of the Yokohama Smart City Project (YSCP), we have installed storage battery facilities and other facilities at 60 facilities, including elementary and junior high schools in the city designated as evacuation shelter since fiscal 2016.
　Based on the knowledge and issues of advanced local governments working on the VPP construction project, the purpose was to share project implementation examples and new business cases among participants and to lead to the development of new initiatives.
