Depending on the form of the notified house, the fire laws and regulations may be used in the same way as inns and hotels, so it may be necessary to install fire-fighting equipment such as automatic fire alarm equipment.
Please contact the nearest fire department before submitting a report accompanying the Housing Lodging Business Law.
When making an inquiry, please download the necessary documents below and prepare a "drawing" with required items and a "drawing" that shows the area of the reported housing part and accommodation room.

Of the necessary fire-fighting equipment under the Fire Service Law, indoor fire hydrant equipment, sprinkler equipment, and automatic fire alarm equipment are required under the Fire Service Law, but they have not been installed or seriously in the entire building or necessary parts. This is a system to publish buildings whose functions have been lost due to malfunction.
In particular, in accordance with the Fire Service Law, notification houses that are treated as inns and hotels (Appendix 1 (5), a of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Fire Services Act), in principle, mandatory installation of automatic fire alarms throughout the building. In addition, depending on the size of the building, it may be mandatory to install fire-fighting equipment such as indoor fire hydrant equipment and sprinkler equipment.
