In order to prevent fires, "voluntary fire prevention management" is the most important thing. If you are managing condominiums and offices, please carry out a daily voluntary inspection of the facilities properly and try to prevent fires.
In addition, please refer to the following for the method of conducting the voluntary inspection.

Please utilize fire prevention measures voluntary checklist (for objects that have a duty to appoint a fire prevention manager) (PDF: 1,468KB) to carry out voluntary inspections.

2 Establishments that do not have a voluntary checklist stipulated in the fire plan, such as no obligation to appoint a fire prevention manager.
Please use the voluntary checklist for fire prevention measures (for objects that do not have a duty to appoint a fire prevention manager) (PDF: 740KB) and carry out voluntary inspections.

To prevent the creation of violating buildings

If a fire breaks out in a building that violates the Fire Service Law, building owners and fire managers may be held liable for their social responsibility. In addition, fire laws and regulations may become stricter due to the expansion of buildings or changes in tenants. In some cases, renovation may result in a large amount of cost.

Let's check again if the building you manage is properly managed. If you have any concerns or doubts, it is important to consult the fire department in advance. For more information, please refer to the following link.
