In order not to create violation buildings

If a fire breaks out in a building that violates the Fire Service Law, the building owner or fire prevention manager may be held liable for its social responsibility. In addition, regulations on fire laws and regulations may become stricter due to the expansion of buildings or changes in tenants. In some cases, a large amount of cost may be incurred for renovation.

Let's check again whether the building you manage is properly managed. It is important to consult with the fire department in advance if you have any concerns or doubts. For more information, please refer to the following website.
