Animal Protection Festa Yokohama 2023 was held
On September 23 (holiday), the Animal Protection Festa Yokohama 2023 (co-sponsored by the Animal Protection Festa Yokohama Executive Committee, City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau) was held at the Municipal Subway Centerminami Station Square and Tsuzuki Ward Office.
In Yokohama City, we hold an annual event during the Animal Protection Week (September 20 to September 26) set by the Ministry of the Environment so that citizens can deepen their understanding and interest in animal welfare and proper breeding. I am. This year, the theme was "Yokohama where both people and animals can smile-disaster measures with pets-". This year marks the 100th anniversary of the Great Kanto Earthquake, and it was an event to raise understanding and awareness of pet measures in the event of a disaster.
