I went to the "Town Center Child Care Jizo Festival" held around the "Minamikita Walk" connecting Centerminami and Centerkita.

Tents are lined up on both sides of the wide promenade and along the Hayabuchi River. There were plenty of stamps rallies, fortune-telling workshops, handmade works sales, mini-stages, etc., and it was crowded with many people.

There is also a tour to search for fish and creatures in the river, and while watching the children playing in the river, I once again realized that Tsuzuki Ward  's charm is that the peaceful scenery and the city live together.

I felt the power of the groups working in the area, and I was very well received.
