At the "Administrative Service Corner" at major stations in the city, you can get resident certificate and private seal certificates even outside the office hours at the ward office, such as Saturday and Sunday. Depending on the type of Reception hours and the type of certificate, it may not be possible to issue it immediately, so please check before using.

family register notifications (birth, death, marriage, etc.) are accepted at the Holiday and Night Reception Desk. The documents will be reviewed in Family Registry Division at a later date, but if there are no serious defects, the date of submission will be the acceptance date.
The entrance to the "holiday / Night Reception Desk" is near the entrance to the public hall side entrance on the first floor of the general government building.

About 450 meters from centerminami Station (about 6 minutes on foot)

1. Exit the ticket gate, go straight ahead and follow the passage of exit 1.
2. Immediately turn right at the station yard (the square and Kohoku Tokyu Shopping Center in front of you).
   ※Go on the left side of the shopping center. There is a wedding hall (chapel) on the right side.
3. After passing the shopping center and chapel, cross the bridge (pedestrian bridge) over Kuyakusho-dori St.
   The building on the left side of the bridge is the Tsuzuki Ward   General Government Building.
   (In addition, the opposite of the general government building is Tsuzuki Post Office. Tsuzuki Post Office is police department Tsuzuki.)

Please get off at the bus stop Tsuzuki Ward   General Government Building or Center Minami Station.

●If you get off at the center Minami Station bus stop:
Enter the premises of the Municipal Subway Center Minami Station and take the escalator elevator to the 3rd floor.
Go straight along the aisle toward Exit 1.

●If you get off at the bus stop "Tsuzuki Ward   General Government Building":
The entrance on the courtyard parking lot side or the entrance next to Tsuzuki fire department facing Kuyakusho-dori St. (Bus Street).

1.Entrance on the courtyard parking lot side
（１） Tsuzuki fire department is on the left side of the traffic light just down the hill of Kuyakusho-dori St. (Bus Street) from the bus stop.
（２） If you climb the stairs beside the outer wall on the left side of the fire department garage, you will find the entrance on the courtyard parking lot side.
(This entrance is on the first floor of the government building.)

※In addition, follow the sidewalk beside the pedestrian bridge at the bus stop on the fire department side (the bus stop side without a shed), turn right when facing the street, and you will find the ward office on the right. (You can enter the government building from the entrance on the courtyard parking lot side.)

2.Entrance next to Tsuzuki fire department
（１） As you pass the Tsuzuki fire department Garage and the entrance (glassed) entrance, you will soon find the entrance slope. (This entrance is located on the first basement floor of the ward government building.)
（２） Enter from this entrance and follow the passage, you will find an elevator (stop on the second floor) and stairs on the right side. Please go up to the upper floor.

Take the Nakayama-Kitayamada Line (Kuyakusho-dori St.) "Tsuzuki Ward   Office / police department".
Turn left if you are heading for Sumiregaoka, Tsuzuki-ku, and turn right if you are heading for Nakayama.
Turn left at the intersection of "Machizukurikan-mae", pass through Tsuzuki police department, and on the left is the parking lot entrance of the Tsuzuki Ward   General Government Building.

When you come by car, you cannot turn right and enter from the "Eda Higashi" intersection.
Turn left at the intersection of "Machizukurikan-mae" and enter the parking lot.
