Purpose and Purpose of the event
Yokohama City holds events every year based on the purpose of Animal Protection Week (September 20-26).
This year, the Animal Protection Festa Yokohama Executive Committee and the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau co-hosted a variety of menus, including booth exhibitions and demonstrations on the theme of daily discipline and pet disaster countermeasures for pets, and hands-on corners with dogs.

Animal Protection Festa Yokohama is planned by the "Animal Protection Festa Yokohama Executive Committee" consisting of citizens, animal welfare organizations, veterinarian organizations, and the government, and has been held since 2011.
