　For more than 20 years, Kawamura has been conducting garbage separation enlightenment and cleaning activities with local residents, contributing to the beautification of the area. . In addition, more than 10 years of educational activities for nursery school children and elementary school students in Tsuzuki Ward   have led to raising awareness of environmental considerations. He also introduced the 3R initiatives of the region to the African delegation who visited Japan.
