    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site, design and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must conform to standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
    Oh, single-family house (including two-family living together house)
    (A) Multipurpose housing according to the provisions of Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order
    C. Clinic
    Oh, tenement houses with less than 3 dwelling units, and the floor area of each dwelling unit is 50 square meters or more each
    (E) Criminal dispatch offices, public telephone offices, and other similar buildings necessary for the public interest prescribed in Article 135-4 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order
    F) Schools (excluding universities, colleges of technology, vocational schools and various schools) Library and the like, with a total floor area of less than 500 square meters for the purpose.
    G Dormitories or boarding houses (limited to buildings that have passed 5 years or more from the completion date of new construction work is used by a change in use) that fall under any of the following items
    (a) Accommodation room or bedroom (hereinafter referred to as "accommodation room, etc.") The number of items must be 8 or less.
    (b) The floor area of the accommodation room, etc. must be 7 square meters or more.
    (c) The total floor area of the part to be used for the purpose is less than 200 square meters.
    (K) Nursing homes, nursery schools, welfare homes and the like, with a total floor area of less than 500 square meters of the part to be used for the purpose
    (G) Others deemed by the Steering Committee as there is no risk of impairing a good living environment
    (2) The minimum site area shall be 150 square meters. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those approved by the Steering Committee as not to impair a good living environment.
    (3) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line and the neighboring land boundary line shall be 1m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of next kakugo in building distance less than limit of this distance or part of building.
    Oh, we offer for storeroom or other similar uses facing front road and similar use, eaves height of eaves is 2.3m or less and total floor area is less than 5 square meters.
    (A) Those that are provided facing the adjacent land boundary line and fall under any of the following items
    (a) In a car garage, the height of the eaves must be 2.3m or less and the total floor area must be within 5 square meters
    (b) Storerooms and other similar uses (excluding car garages), eaves height of the eaves must be 2.3m or less and the total floor area must be within 5 square meters
    C bay windows that are provided facing the neighboring border line that do not hinder a good living environment
    (4) The ground of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those approved by the Steering Committee as there is no risk of impairing a good living environment.
    (5) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5m from the ground surface.
    (6) The number of floors of the building except the basement shall be two or less.
    (7) Outdoor staircases shall not be installed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those approved by the Steering Committee as there is no risk of impairing a good living environment.
    (8) The part of the site in contact with the road shall be endeavored for greening.
    (9) The color of the roof and outer wall of the building shall be in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
