  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, form, site, design and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
    Oh, single-family house (including two-family living together house)
    B. Common-use housing according to the provisions of Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order
    C. Clinic
    Oh, tenement house, the number of dwelling units is 3 or less, and the floor area of each dwelling unit is 50 square meters or more each.
    E sergeant dispatch offices, public telephone offices, and similar buildings necessary for the public interest prescribed in Article 130-4 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order
    F. Schools (excluding universities, colleges of technology, vocational schools and various schools) Libraries and the like, with a total floor area of less than 500 square meters of the part to be used for the purpose.
    (G) Dormitories or boarding houses (limited to buildings that have passed 5 years or more from the completion date of new construction are used for such purposes due to changes in use) that fall under the following items
    (a) Accommodation rooms or bedrooms (hereinafter referred to as "accommodation rooms, etc.") The number is 8 or less.
    (b) The floor area of the accommodation room etc. must be 7 square meters or more.
    (c) The total floor area of the part to be used for the purpose must be less than 200 square meters.
    (C) Nursing homes, nursery schools, welfare homes, and the like, with a total floor area of less than 500 square meters of the part to be used for the purpose.
    (C) Others recognized by the Steering Committee as not to impair a good living environment
    (2) The minimum floor area shall be 150 square meters. However, this does not apply to those approved by the Steering Committee as there is no risk of damaging the good living environment.
    (3) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line and the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of next kakugo in building or part of building in distance less than limit of this distance.
    Oh, we offer for storeroom to establish facing front road and other similar uses, and height of eaves is less than 2.3m, and total floor area is less than 5m2
    We establish facing i neighboring land boundary line and correspond to any of next kakugo.
    (a) A car garage with a height of 2.3 m or less and a total floor area of 5 m2 or less.
    (b) The height of the eaves is 2.3 m or less and the total floor area is 5 m or less for storage and other similar uses (excluding car garages)
    C. A bay window facing the adjacent land boundary line that does not hinder a good living environment
    (4) The ground of the site cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the Steering Committee has recognized that there is no risk of damaging the good living environment.
    (5) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5m from the ground surface.
    (6) The number of floors of the building excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (7) Outdoor stairs shall not be installed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the Steering Committee has recognized that there is no risk of damaging the good living environment.
    (8) The part in contact with the road on the site shall be greened.
    (9) The colors of the roof and outer wall of the building shall be in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
