  • (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
    A single-family house
    B. Clinic combined housing
    (C) Tenement houses and apartment houses with up to two dwelling units
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7m from the ground surface.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) The site shall not be split. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when the site area after the division is 125 m2 or more in each section shown in the Building Agreement Area Map.
    (5) The ground of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for constructing car garages, parking lots, stairs and slopes for wheelchairs.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in building in distance less than limit of this distance or part of building.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less
    (A) To be used for storage and other similar uses (excluding car garages), the height of the eaves must be 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area must be within 5 m2
    C. A car garage that does not have a wall height of 2.3 m or less
