(Prohibition of site division)
Article 8 The site of the building shall be the site of one section at the time of the public notice of approval of this agreement (as shown in the attached figure). Block A and Block C excluding 1-5-11 to Block 1-5-13 must not be divided by 250 m2 or more, Block B must not be divided. ) Provided, however, that this shall not apply if it falls under any of the following items and does not violate the relevant laws and regulations and other standards set forth in this Agreement.
(1) For 1-5-16, 1-5-17, and 1-23, the minimum site area is 250 m2 or more.
(2) 1-24-3 and 1-34-3 are divided within 2 plots and with a minimum site area of 250 m2 or more.
(Prohibition of changing the shape of the site)
Article 9 The shape of the site of the building shall maintain the shape at the time of the approval of this agreement, and the shape of the site shall not be changed by cutting or embankment. Provided, however, that this shall not apply in cases where any of the following applies and does not violate the relevant laws and regulations and other standards stipulated in this agreement.
(1) Minimum shape change required due to installation of car garages and construction of exterior landscaping
(2) Cutting of the site of a building recognized by the proviso of Article 12, Paragraph 1
(retreat distance of outer wall)
Article 10 The distance from the boundary of the road (including pedestrian-only roads) to the outer wall of the building (including the basement building) or the surface of the pillar in place of this is 2m or more, from the adjacent land boundary line The distance to the outer wall of the building (excluding basement buildings) or the surface of the pillar in place of this must be at least 1m. But it is not this limit about building corresponding to one of next kakugo or part of building.
(1) The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it is 3m or less
(2) For storage and other similar uses (excluding car garages) with a height of 2.3 m or less and a total floor area of 5 m2 or less
2 The retreat distance of the outer wall from the road boundary line in the preceding paragraph shall be the distance after the change if the retreat distance of the outer wall of the area is changed by the City Planning Act (Act No. 100 of June 15, 1968) .
(Construction of buildings facing the main line and semi-main line)

Article 12 The use of the building shall be a dedicated house or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinics) combined house. However, this does not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest or those approved by the Building Agreement Steering Committee stipulated in Article 30 (hereinafter referred to as the “Management Committee”), and those that have undergone prior consultation with Yokohama City. Not
2 The number of buildings specified in the preceding paragraph shall be one unit per block. Provided, however, that if the site is divided based on the proviso of Article 8, it shall be one house per block of the site after the division.
(floor area ratio)
Article 13 The ratio of the total area of the building to the site area (hereinafter referred to as the “floor area ratio”) is 5/10 for block A and block C, and 6/10 for block B. (Expansions such as sheds of 10m2 or less that do not require a confirmation application under Article 6 of the Act are also included in the total area.) 。
2 The floor area ratio in the preceding paragraph shall be the floor area ratio after the change when the floor area ratio of the area is changed by the City Planning Act (Act No. 100 of June 15, 1968).
(Building ratio)
Article 14 The ratio of the building area of a building to the site area (hereinafter referred to as the “building ratio”) is three-tenths for block A and block C, and four-tenths for block B. Must not exceed. In addition, Article 53, Paragraph 3, Item 2 of the Act shall apply mutatis mutandis (expansions such as car garages and storerooms of 10 m2 or less that do not require a confirmation application under Article 6 of the Act are also included in the building area.) 。
2 The building coverage in the preceding paragraph shall be the building coverage after the change if the building coverage of the area is changed by the City Planning Act.
(Limit of floor number)
Article 15 The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(Limit of height of buildings)
Article 16 The height of the building must not exceed 8m from the ground surface (at the time of the approval of this agreement).
(North side diagonal line)
Article 17 The height of each part of a building where the height of the eaves is 7 m or less shall be obtained by multiplying the horizontal distance in the true north direction from the part to the center line of the front road or the boundary of the adjacent land by 0.6. Must be less than the sum of 5m.
For buildings with a height of 2 houses exceeding 7m, "0.6" and "5m" in the preceding paragraph shall be "0.5" and "4m", respectively.
(height and material)
Article 18 Roads (including pedestrian roads) must not impair the aesthetics of aluminum, steel, wooden and other similar aesthetics with a height of 1.5 m or less from the hedge or ground surface.
(Prohibition of outdoor work)
Article 19 Advertisements, notices, or similar outdoor structures that impair the aesthetics shall not be installed.
(Alley part of the site)
Article 20 For sections with alley-like parts on the premises, study rooms, storerooms, car garages and the like shall not be installed in that part.
(Prohibition of entrances facing roads with sidewalks)
Article 21 For sections facing roads with sidewalks and facing roads without sidewalks (same as the lot number prescribed in Article 11 except 1-23), car entrances on the part facing the sidewalk roads Do not be installed.
(Prohibition of entrances facing pedestrian-only roads)
Article 22 Regarding the site of the parcel facing the pedestrian-only road, the shape of the masonry facing the road shall not be changed and the entrance of the car shall not be installed on the part facing the road.
(Prohibition of removal of water return banks)
Article 23 The water return embankment attached to residential land must not be removed.
(conservation, a green area attached to residential land)
Article 24 Residential land attached green space must be maintained and preserved as green space in the future.

Article 25 For TV antennas, joint viewing antenna facilities shall be used, and outdoor antennas shall not be installed.
