  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, form, site and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the purpose of Article 1 is not contrary to the purpose of Article 1 and is approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7.
    (1) The use shall be a single-family house (including a two-family living together house with one entrance), a clinic (excluding a veterinary clinic), or a combined house stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10 meters from the ground surface and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 9 meters.
    (3) Sites (refer to those at the time of approval) shall not be divided.
    (4) The ground surface of the site (meaning at the time of the announcement of approval) must not be changed. However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments when building a car garage.
    (5) About retaining wall part within 2 meters from road boundary of site, height, position, structure at the time of notice of building agreement approval must not be changed. However, this does not apply to retaining walls for installing parking lots within 10 square meters and block retaining walls.
    (6) Structures established along the road boundary are hedges or heights (height from the ground surface) to maintain the environment. The same shall apply hereinafter) fences of 1.5 meters or less. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the following a or b.
    Foundations, etc. with a height of 40 cm or less
    B. Gate pillars and the like
    (7) Regarding the colors and designs of the buildings, Wood Park Kanazawabunko said, "It is a single-family house with an orange-based roof and white walls and a apartment area with many plantings and a beautiful cohesive color contrastconservation.
