  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 Site, position, use and form of building in agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of District A will be limited to single-family houses (including two-family living together houses), combined-store houses and combined clinics (clinic) houses. In Area B, only single-family houses (including two-family living together houses) will be used.
    (2) The number of floors shall be 2 or less except for the basement.
    (3) The highest height limit of buildings, diagonal line restriction of north side and road, floor area ratio, building coverage ratio and retreat distance of outer wall (distance limit from road and neighboring land) are based on the Building Standards Law and the Yokohama City Scenic Area Ordinance (June 1970 Ordinance No. 35).
    (4) In principle, fences should be open.
    (5) The site of one plot (a plot based on drawings purchased from a real estate company during development) must not be divided.
    (6) The ground surface of the site cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages.
