    (Standards for Buildings)
    Site, position, use and form of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of District A shall be a single-family house (including a two-family living together house), a combined-purpose house, and a clinics (clinic) combined housing. District B, only single-family homes (including two-family living together housing).
    (2) The number of floors shall be two or less except for the basement floor.
    (3) The highest height limit of buildings, the diagonal line restrictions on the north side and roads, floor area ratio, building coverage ratio, and retreat distance of outer walls (distance restrictions from roads and neighboring lands) are based on the Building Standards Law and the Yokohama City Scenic District Ordinance (June 1970) Ordinance No. 35).
    (4) Fences should be open-air in principle.
    (5) One section site (a parcel based on drawings purchased from a real estate company at the time of development) must not be split.
    (6) The ground surface of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building a car garage.
