  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building shall be as follows. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 as having no risk of damaging the living environment in both A and B districts.
    District A
    Single-family houses (including two-family living together houses) It shall be a multi-purpose house stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order, or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinics) combined house.
    District B
    Single-family houses (including two-family living together houses) It shall be a multi-purpose house stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order, a clinic (excluding veterinary clinics) combined house, a tenement house or an apartment house.
    (2) The height of the building (including building equipment such as solar power generation facilities installed on the roof of the building, staircases, elevator towers, ornamental towers, viewing towers and other similar buildings and on the roof of the building) 9m from the ground surface and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5m.
    (3) The number of floors of a building excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) The minimum area of the site shall be 150 m2.
    (5) Regardless of the provisions of the preceding item, for sections with a site area of less than 150 m2 at the time of the public notice of approval, the site area at the time of the public notice of approval shall be the minimum area of the site.
    (6) The site area of a tenement house or apartment house shall be more than the number of dwelling units multiplied by 80m2.
    (7) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line and the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1 m or more. But it is not this limit when building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to one of next kakugo.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
    (I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves is 2.3m or less, and the total floor area is 5m2 or less.
    (8) Regardless of the provisions of the preceding item, the provisions pertaining to the adjacent land boundary shall not be applied to sections with a site area of 166 m2 or less.
