    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building shall be as follows. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those approved by the Steering Committee specified in Article 7 as not to impair the living environment in both A and B districts.
    District A
    Single-family homes (including two-family homes in living together) It shall be a combined-use house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic) combined house.
    District B
    Single-family homes (including two-family homes in living together) We assume double-use house prescribed in Building Standard Act enforcement order Article 130-3, clinic (except veterinary clinic) combined house, tenement house or apartment house.
    (2) The height of the building (including building equipment such as staircases, elevator towers, decorative towers, watch towers, bay windows, and other similar buildings and solar power generation facilities installed on the roof of buildings) 9m from the ground surface and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5m.
    (3) The number of floors of the building except the basement shall be two or less.
    (4) The minimum area of the site shall be 150 m2.
    (5) Regardless of the provisions of the preceding item, for sections with a site area of less than 150 m2 at the time of the public notice of approval shall be the minimum area of the site at the time of the public notice of approval shall be the minimum area of the site.
    (6) The site area of the tenement house or apartment house shall be equal to or greater than the number of dwelling units multiplied by 80 m2.
    (7) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line and the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1m or more.     Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
    (I) To be used for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves must be 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area must be within 5 m2.
    (8) Regardless of the provisions of the preceding item, the provisions pertaining to the adjacent land boundary shall not be applied to sections with a site area of 166 m2 or less.
