    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next paragraphs.
    Use of 1 building shall be standard to establish in next kakugo every block. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest that have been approved by the Steering Committee specified in Article 7.
    (1) Buildings in Block A are used for single-family homes (including two-family living together houses). However, the entrance shall be up to two. ) Or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic) combined house.
    (2) Buildings in Block B are used for single-family homes (including two-family living together houses). However, the entrance shall be up to two), a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic) combined house or apartment house (limited to those that are equal to or greater than the value obtained by multiplying the number of dwelling units by 75 m2).
    2. The division of the site shall not be possible.
    3. The ground surface of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the cutting and embankment of the part where parking lots, stairs or slopes for wheelchairs or lifts.
    The distance from the outer wall of the 4 building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "outer wall retreat distance") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in building or part of building in distance less than limit of this distance.
    (1) The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of this must be 3 meters or less.
    (2) Provided for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves must be 2.3 meters or less, and the total floor area must be within 5 m2.
