(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 Use, site and position of building in agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
Use of 1 building assumes standard to establish in next kakugo every block. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest that have been approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7.
(1) Block A is used for single-family houses (including two-family living together houses). However, the entrance shall be up to two. ) Or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinics) combined house.
(2) Block B is used for single-family houses (including two-family living together houses). However, the entrance shall be up to two), a clinic (excluding veterinary clinics), a combined house or an apartment house (limited to those whose site area is equal to or greater than the numerical value obtained by multiplying the number of dwelling units by 75 m2).
(2) The division of the site shall not be possible.
3. Changes to the ground surface of the site shall not be possible. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for parking lots, stairs or slopes or lifts for wheelchairs.
The distance from the outer wall of the 4 buildings or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary (hereinafter referred to as "outer wall retreat distance") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of this distance.
(1) The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it must be 3 meters or less.
(2) Provided for storerooms and other similar uses, the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and the total floor area is 5 m2 or less.
