  (Restrictions on buildings)
 Article 7 Use and form of buildings in the area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards stipulated in the following paragraphs.
 District A (residential district)
  (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
   A. Housing, apartment house, dormitories, boarding house
   (A) Houses that also serve as offices, stores and other similar uses that are specified in Article 130-3 of the Order
   C. Police Officer "Koban" (police box), public telephone stations, and other similar buildings necessary for the public interest specified in Article 133-4 of the Order
   clinics
   (E) Other buildings that do not hinder the purpose of this agreement, which the Steering Committee has approved in consultation with Yokohama City
  (2) The height of the building and the height of the eaves are based on the ground surface (for buildings to be built in the area shown in the attached figure, the eastern front road
    The average height at the center of the road) must not exceed 9m and 6.5m, respectively.
 3 District B (mixed housing and stores)
  (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
   A. Housing, apartment house, dormitories, boarding house
   (A) Houses that also serve as offices, stores and other similar uses that are specified in Article 130-3 of the Order
   C. Police Officer "Koban" (police box), public telephone stations, and other similar buildings necessary for the public interest specified in Article 133-4 of the Order
   clinics
   Ogasorin stand, consumer finance shop, love hotel, bicycle parking lots, multi-story parking lot, customs and other bad smells.
    Except for buildings that may generate noise, vibration, etc., buildings that do not interfere with the purpose of this agreement.
    The association shall have been approved in consultation with Yokohama City.
  (2) The number of floors of the building shall be four or less.
  (3) The height of the building shall be 12.5m or less.
