  (Restrictions on Buildings)
 Article 7 The use and form of buildings in the area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following paragraphs.
 2 Area A (Housing Area)
  (1) The use of the building is as follows.
   Oh, houses, apartment houses, dormitories, boarding houses
   B. Houses that also serve as offices, stores, and other similar uses, specified in Article 130-3 of the Ordinance.
   C. "Koban" (police box), public telephone offices and other similar buildings necessary for the public interest as provided for in Article 130-4 of the Ordinance.

   E Other buildings that do not interfere with the purpose of this agreement, which the Steering Committee has approved in consultation with Yokohama City
  (2) The height of the building and the height of the eaves are the ground surface (for buildings to be built in the area shown in the attached figure, the east front road)
    The average height at the center of the road) must not exceed 9m or 6.5m, respectively.
 3 District B (mixed residential and store districts)
  (1) The use of the building is as follows.

   Ogasolin stand, consumer finance store, love hotel, 3D bicycle parking lots, 3D parking lot, customs and other bad smells
    Except for buildings that may generate noise, vibration, etc., the steering committee is a building that does not hinder the purpose of this agreement.
    It shall be recognized by the Association in consultation with Yokohama City.
  (2) The number of floors of the building shall be 4 or less.
  (3) The height of the building shall be 12.5 m or less.
