    (Restrictions on buildings)
    Article 6 Use, form, site and position of building in area to prescribe in Article 6 preceding article must follow next kakugo. Provided, however, that the provisions of the preceding items shall not be applied to those approved by the Steering Committee prescribed in Article 7 as having no risk of impairing the living environment.                                  (1) The use of the building shall be one of the following.                                                 Oh, single-family homes (Note: Includes two-family living together houses) and those attached to them.                            (B) Clinic combined housing (excluding veterinary clinics) and those attached to them.                                      (C) Nagaya (limited to those with a maximum of 2 dwelling units) and those attached to them.                               Oh, dual-use house to prescribe in Building Standard Act enforcement order Article 130-3 and thing attached to this. (However, it is limited to the section shown in the attached area map along the Yokohama City Road Sugita Route 480 (commonly known as Bus Street)).                                            (2) The number of floors of the building shall be two or less, except for the basement floor.                                              (3) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7m.                                        (4) The ground surface of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the construction of car garages and bicycle parking lots and the construction of slopes for wheelchairs.                                                    (5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1m or more. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings prescribed in each item of Article 135-22, Paragraph 1 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order, or car garages with a floor area of 50 m2 or less.                                                                         (6) The site (part) shall not be changed. However, as of March 31, 2020, if more than one site that satisfies the minimum site area specified in Article 8 of the City Planning Act can be set, splitting in that site setting shall be permitted. In addition, when we meet permission standard of Article 53-2, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Building Standards Act, a tenement house shall not be possible in the building use prescribed in Honjo No. 1, but the division itself shall be allowed .                                                                   Note: In the first item, "two-family living together house" means that although the two households can live independently, they share corridors, halls, indoor stairs, living rooms, etc. inside the house, and each household uses it independently. It is possible to come and go with each other inside the house, and it means a house with up to two entrances.                                                                                                   ※Due to the revision of the Building Standards Law, there is a gap in the provisions described in the agreement.
