Chapter 2 Standards for Buildings
(Use)
In A district to display in Article 6 area, building to offer for use to raise in next kakugo must not be built. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings that are provided by the Steering Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) stipulated in Article 11 for use deemed necessary for the public interest and approved in consultation with Yokohama City .
(1) Housing, apartment house, dormitories or boarding house
(2) Stores or restaurants that sell goods
(3) Well, japanya, pachinko-ya, shooting field and the like
(4) Bowling alley, skating rink or swimming area
(5) Gas stations (excluding those for private use)
In district B to display in 2 areas, buildings to be used for housing, apartment houses, dormitories or boarding houses must not be built.
(Structure)
Article 7 The main structural part of the building must be non-combustible materials such as steel frames and reinforced concrete. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to storerooms and other attached buildings with a total area of 50 square meters or less.
(Design)
Article 8 The design of the building must endeavor to harmonize with the surrounding environment.
(site)
We install green tract of land by standard to raise in next kakugo on site of Article 9 and must try to manage this well.
(1) If the site area of the building is 1,000 square meters or more, the green area area of 1.3/10 or more of the area
(2) If the site area of the building is less than 1,000 square meters, the green area area of 1.0 / 10 or more of the area
(Building equipment)
Article 10 Necessary facilities must be installed in buildings to prevent pollution due to noise, vibration, sewage, wastewater, soot, dust, gas, odor, etc.
