Chapter 2 Standards for Buildings
(Use)
In district A to display in Article 6 area, building to offer for use to raise in next kakugo must not build. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings provided by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 11 (hereinafter referred to as “Committee”) for purposes deemed necessary for the public interest and approved after consultation with Yokohama City. .
(1) Housing, apartment houses, dormitories or boarding houses
(2) Stores or restaurants that sell goods
(3) Well, Jajaya, Pachinkoya, shooting range and other similar things
(4) Bowling alleys, skating rinks or swimming pools
(5) Gas stations (excluding those for private use)
In district B to be displayed in 2 areas, buildings to be used for housing, apartment houses, dormitories or boarding houses must not be built.
(structure)
Article 7 The main structural parts of the building must be non-combustible materials such as steel frames and reinforced concrete. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to storerooms and other attached buildings whose total area of the building is within 50 square meters.
(Design)
Article 8 The design of the building must strive to harmonize with the surrounding environment. .
(site)
We install green tract of land according to standard to advocate in next kakugo on site of Article 9 building and must try to manage this well.
(1) If the site area of the building is 1,000 square meters or more, the green area of 1.3 / 10 or more of the area
(2) If the site area of the building is less than 1,000 square meters, the green area of 1.0 / 10 or more of the area
(Building equipment)
Article 10 Necessary facilities must be installed in buildings to prevent pollution caused by noise, vibration, sewage, waste liquid, soot, dust, gas, odor, etc.
