(Restrictions on site division)
Article 8 The site of a building must not divide the minimum site area of one section to less than 180m2.
(Prohibition of changing the shape of the site)
Article 9 The shape of the site of the building shall maintain the shape at the time of the approval of this agreement, and the shape of the site shall not be changed by cutting or embankment. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if it falls under any of the following items and does not violate the relevant laws and regulations and other standards set forth in this Agreement.
(1) Minimum shape change required due to installation of car garages and construction of exterior landscaping
(2) Change of shape when site division is performed in accordance with Article 8
(3) Cutting of the site of a building recognized by the proviso of Article 11, Paragraph 1
(retreat distance of outer wall)
Article 10 The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the boundary of the road (including pedestrian-only roads) and the boundary of the adjacent land (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 m or more. (Usage of buildings)

(Limit of floor number)

Article 13 The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface (at the time of the approval of this agreement).
(Prohibition of entrances facing pedestrian-only roads)
Article 14 Regarding the site of a parcel facing a pedestrian-only road, a car entrance shall not be installed on the part facing the road.
