  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    Chapter 2 Standards for Buildings
    (Use)
    Article 6 In Area A displayed in the area map, single-family private homes and clinics combined homes (without hospitalization facilities, the total floor area of the part to be used for medical treatment is less than 1/2 of the total area, And the housing part is the home of the doctor's life, except for the veterinary clinic.)
    In district B to display in 2 area maps, it shall be a single-family private house and a multi-purpose house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Enforcement Order.
    3 The provisions of the preceding two paragraphs shall not apply to buildings provided by the Steering Committee as stipulated in Article 9 for purposes deemed necessary for the public interest, and shall not apply to those approved in consultation with Yokohama City (Building Bureau Housing Department Building Guidance Division (currently Urban Development Bureau Regional Town Development Division)).

    Article 7 The number of floors of the building shall be 2 or less, and the maximum height and the height of the eaves shall be 9m and 6.5m or less, respectively.
    The distance from the outer wall of the 2 buildings or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1m or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Enforcement Order ※This shall not apply to cases where the contents listed in the above are met and where the floor area of the part to be used in the car garage is 15 m2 or less and the maximum part is 2.3 m or less.

    Article 8 The site of the building must not be divided and used.
    2 Residential land ground must not change the ground at the time of the announcement of agreement approval. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts for building a car garage attached to a building.
