  • Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
    (Restrictions on site division)
    Article 8 The site of the building shall not subdivided the site of one block at the time of public notice of approval of this agreement. However, if the area is incorporated into an urbanized area according to the City Planning Act (Act No. 100 of June 15, 1968, hereinafter referred to as the “Tokyo Metropolitan Accounting Law”), the site area of one block is 180 m2 or more This does not apply to subdividual divisions.
    (Prohibition of change of site shape)
    Article 9 The shape of the site of the building shall maintain the shape at the time of the announcement of the approval of this agreement, and the shape of the site shall not be changed by cutting or embankment. Provided, however, that this shall not apply in cases where it falls under any of the following items and does not violate relevant laws and regulations and other standards stipulated in this Agreement.
    (1) Minimum size change due to installation of car garages and landscaping exterior construction
    (2) Shape change when site division is performed based on Article 8
    (3) Cutting of the site of the building recognized by the proviso of Article 11, Paragraph 1
    (4) Cutting up to the minimum ground surface when comparing sections with elevation differences
    (Retreat distance of outer wall)
    Article 10 The distance from the boundary of the road (including pedestrian-only roads) to the outer wall of the building (including basement buildings) or the surface of the pillar in place of this is 2 m or more, and from the neighboring land boundary line to the building (excluding basement buildings) or the surface of the pillar in place of this must be 1m or more. But it is not this limit about building corresponding to one of next kakugo or part of building.
    (1) The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it is 3 m or less
    (2) Provided for storage and other similar uses, with eaves height of 2.3 m or less and a total floor area of 5 m2 or less
    2 The retreat distance of the outer wall from the road boundary line set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be the distance after the change if the retreat distance of the outer wall of the relevant area has been changed by the Metropolitan Accounting Law.
    (Use of buildings)
    Article 11 Use of the building shall be a single-family house or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic) combined house. However, buildings necessary for the public interest, two-family housing, or the Building Agreement Steering Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Steering Committee”) stipulated in Article 20 and has undergone prior consultation with Yokohama City. This does not apply to
    2 The number of buildings specified in the preceding paragraph shall be one building at least one block. Provided, however, that if the site is subdivided based on Article 8, one building shall be one or more section of the site after the subdivided.
    (Limited to the number of floors)
    Article 12 The number of floors excluding the basement shall be two or less.
    (Limited to the height of buildings)
    Article 13 The height of the building must not exceed 8m from the ground surface (at the time of public notice of approval of this agreement).
    2 The limit of the height of the building set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be the height after the change when the limit of the height of the building in the relevant district is changed by the Metropolitan Accounting Law.
    (Prohibition of entrances and exits facing main, semi-track, and pedestrian-only roads)
    Article 14 In the agreement area, for the site of the section facing the main road and the pedestrian-only road, the entrance of the car must not be installed on the part facing the road. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to places where devaluation has been carried out in advance.
    (Structure of buildings facing main line and semi-track lines)
    Article 15 In the agreement area, for buildings of sections facing the main line (as shown in the attached drawing: general inspection at the Urban Development Bureau area town development section), restrictions on buildings in the semi-fire prevention area according to Article 62 of the Act apply mutatis mutandis.
    2 Restrictions on quasi-fire prevention designation of buildings set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be designated after the change if the restrictions on quasi-fire prevention designation of the district concerned are changed by the Metropolitan Accounting Law.
