  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of buildings is limited to single-family homes and clinics (excluding animal hospitals) excluding registered homes stipulated in the Housing Accommodation Business Act (Law No. 65 of 2017). It will be a multi-purpose house. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest or those approved by the Building Agreement Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 (hereinafter referred to as the “Management Committee”).
    (2) The number of buildings specified in the preceding item shall be one unit per block.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) The height of the building must not exceed 10 m from the ground (at the time of the approval of this agreement).
    (5) The site area shall be 180m2 or more.
    (6) The ground of the site cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the minimum necessary changes due to the installation of car garages and landscaping exterior construction, etc., or those approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7.
    (7) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
    (I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves is 2.3m or less, and the total floor area is 5m2 or less. Article 6 The use, structure, site, and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards stipulated in the following items.
