    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use of buildings are single-family homes and clinics (excluding veterinary hospitals) excluding reported houses prescribed in the Housing Lodging Business Act (Act No. 65 of 2017) It will be a multi-purpose house. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest or those approved by the Building Agreement Steering Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Steering Committee”) specified in Article 7.
    (2) The number of buildings specified in the preceding item shall be one per block.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) The height of the building must not exceed 10 m from the ground (at the time of public notice of approval of this agreement).
    (5) The site area shall be 180m2 or more.
    (6) The ground of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the minimum necessary changes due to the installation of car garages and landscaping exterior construction, or those approved by the Steering Committee specified in Article 7.
    (7) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1m or more. But it is not this limit about building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall or building corresponding to any of the following.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
    (I) To be used for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves must be 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area must be within 5 m2. Use, structure, site, and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must be based on standard to establish in next kakugo.
