　The Barrier-Free Law is designed to provide buildings and public transportation, as well as off-street parking lots and city parks for all people, including the elderly, the physically handicapped, intellectual, mental and developmental disabilities, pregnant women, and injured people. With the aim of reducing the burden on the body involved in moving and improving the convenience and safety of transportation, we will promote barrier-free through the following two measures.

In order to promote barrier-free such as city parks, traffic lights, etc., we can create a "barrier-free basic concept" can be created.
