Annex for Enforcement of the National Pension Act

Grade 1

  1. The visual acuity of both eyes is 0.03 or less (b) The visual acuity of a single eye is 0.04 and the visual acuity of the other eye is less than a manual valve As a result of measurement by a Hagoldman-type field horizon is 80 degrees or less, and the center of both eyes is 28 degrees or less.

Appendix 1 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Law Enforcement Order

Grade 3

  1. The visual acuity of both eyes has been reduced to 0.1 or less each. As a result of measurement by the Logold-man-type field horizon, the sum of the periphery angle of view by 1/4* of both eyes was reduced to 70 points or less as a result of measurement by an automatic field horizon.
  2. If the hearing of both ears is 40 cm or more, it has been reduced to the extent that normal speaking voice cannot be understood
  3. Those that leave a considerable degree of impairment in masticatory or language function
  4. Those that leave significant impairment in the function of the spinal column
  5. Of the three major joints of one upper limbs that are no longer used for ni joints
  6. Of the three major joints of the lower limb that are no longer used for ni joints.
  7. Those that leave false joints in long tubular bone and cause significant impairment in motor function

(Disability allowance)

 Remarks The measurement of visual acuity shall be based on a universal vision test chart, and if there is a refractive error, the visual acuity shall be measured using corrected vision.
