Therefore, it is a form in which a survivor's basic pension with the addition of a child is paid to the later wife.
3. If the second wife of "2." loses the right to receive the survivor's basic pension for any reason, the suspension of payment for both the ex-wife and the second wife will be canceled.
4. If the insured person remarries and dies before the second wife's child and the second wife have the same livelihood, the child will be entitled to entitlement and the wife will not be entitled to it.
5. If a wife with a child who is entitled to the survivor's basic pension remarries, the wife will lose the entitlement, but the child will not lose the entitlement. In this case, even if the child is adopted by the husband of the remarried wife, the child will be adopted by a direct marriage and will not lose its entitlement.
6. In any of the above cases “1.” to “5.”, the survivor's basic pension paid to the child will be suspended if there is a father or mother of the child who has the same livelihood. I am.
7. Regarding adopted children, if they are separated from the deceased insured, they will lose their entitlement.
