Last update date April 1, 2024

From October 2015, the mutual aid pension was unified to Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin) (outside site).
※Each mutual aid association (organization) will continue to provide pension benefits.

Charge of Old Age Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin)

Old age Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin)
It is paid from the age of 65 to those who have been enrolled in Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin) for at least one month and who qualify for the basic age pension.
The pension to be paid is the proportional portion of compensation determined by the amount of salary, etc., and the basic retirement pension for the second insured period.
Old Age Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin)
Those who have been enrolled in Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin) for at least one year and qualify for the basic age pension will be paid from 60 to 65. However, if you are subscribed to Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin) or receiving employment insurance, some or all of them will be suspended.
The pension, which is paid is the proportional portion of the compensation paid by the amount of salary and the fixed amount paid by Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin).

If a person who has been insured in Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin) for more than 20 years will be eligible for the Old Age Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin), if there is a spouse whose livelihood is maintained by that person or a child up to the end of the year in which he reached the age of 18 (or a child with a grade 1 or 2 disability under the age of 20), an additional pension will be added to the old age Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin) or specially-paid Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin).
