What is the Web Fund Transfer Service?

It is a service that allows you to apply for a fund transfer for payment of National Health Insurance premiums from the Internet. There is no need to prepare documents or submit a notification stamp, and it is easy to set up a transfer account at a specific financial institution.
※This service uses a security-protected external site provided by Yamato System Development Co., Ltd. and financial institutions.

Subjects and financial institutions handled

The following subjects and financial institutions handling services are eligible for the service. Please check before applying.

※Please note that the handling financial institutions vary depending on the subject.
※About financial institution handling such as water rates, please confirm from application page such as water rates.

Points to note before applying (please check)

・Please note that the financial institutions that can apply from the Web Fund Transfer Service and the financial institutions that apply for fund transfer using the fund transfer request form (paper) are different.
・This service is only available for personal accounts. If the subject you apply for corresponds to fund transfer from a corporate account, please apply for transfer from a corporate account using a fund transfer request form (paper).
・You will need to apply for a fund transfer for each subject.
・The deadline for applying for direct debit will vary depending on each subject.
・This service is not available during the maintenance period.
  <Maintenance Period>
  From 11:30 pm on the fourth Sunday of every month to 9:00 am on the following Sunday
  From 1:00 am to 9:00 am on the last Tuesday of January, April, July and October
  ※For other times that cannot be used for each financial institution, please contact your financial institution.
