Web account transfer service

What is the Web Account Transfer Service?

This service allows you to apply for fund transfer related to payment of National Health Insurance premiums, etc. from the Internet. You do not need to create documents or submit a notification stamp, and you can easily set up a transfer account at a specific financial institution.
※This service uses external sites protected by security provided by Yamato System Development Co., Ltd. and financial institutions.

Subjects and Financial Institutions

The following subjects and financial institutions that handle them are eligible for the service. Please check before applying.

※Please note that the financial institution handling differs depending on the target subjects.
※About financial institutions handling water rates, please confirm from application pages such as water rates.

Precautions before applying (please check)

・Please note that the financial institutions that can be applied from the Web Fund Transfer Service and the financial institutions that are eligible for fund transfer using the fund transfer request form (paper) are different.
・This service is available only for personal accounts. If the subject you are applying for fund transfer from a corporate account, please apply for a transfer from a corporate account using a fund transfer request form (paper).
・You need to apply for a fund transfer for each course.
・The deadline for applying for direct debit will vary depending on each subject.
・This service will not be available during the maintenance period.

  From 11:30 pm on the fourth Sunday of every month until 9:00 am on the following Sunday
  From 1:00 am to 9:00 am on the last Tuesday of January, April, July, and October
  ※For other times that cannot be used by each financial institution, please contact your financial institution.
