About payment of annual management fee of graveyard, ossuary

Last Updated December 1, 2023

Annual management fees and payment methods

At the Yokohama Municipal Cemetery and Ossuary, we pay a management fee once a year as an expense to maintain and manage various facilities such as grave visits, toilets and planting used by users. (Excluding those who have collectively paid at the time of permission to use such as funeral burial facilities.)

We will send you a delivery notice (or fund transfer notice) for the management fee for each graveyard and ossuary, so please pay by the fixed deadline.
(In the case of fund transfer payment, it will be debited from the account of the designated financial institution.)
※The payment deadline (debit date) is different for delivery notice payment and fund transfer payment.

Payment by the delivery notice

Please pay at the counter of the financial institution listed in "List of Target Financial Institutions" at the bottom of this page.
Mitsuzawa Cemetery, Hino Park Cemetery and Kuboyama Cemetery can also be paid at the Cemetery Management Office. Please bring your delivery notice.
※Payment cannot be made at the management office of Memorial Green Hino Komorebi Ossuary, a designated management facility.

What is the Web Fund Transfer Service?

It is a service that allows you to apply for fund transfer for payment of management fees such as graveyards from the Internet.
[Document preparation and notification stamp are not required! There is no need to mail or bring a window!
It is easy to set up a transfer account from a specific financial institution.
※This service uses a security-protected external site provided by Yamato System Development Co., Ltd. and financial institutions.

If you have already applied for fund transfer

※From 2024, we will change the shipping date and withdrawal date of the fund transfer letter of advice.
The fund transfer notice will be sent in early June every year.
Please note that the balance will be debited at the end of June every year.

If there is a shortage of balance or cancellation of your designated account, you will not be able to withdraw again.
We will send you a delivery notice at a later date, so please pay at the counter of the financial institution by the specified delivery deadline.

If your designated account has been canceled, it will be changed to delivery notice payment from the following year.
If you wish to continue fund transfer, you will need to apply for fund transfer again.
Please apply from the web fund transfer reception service (outside site) or submit a fund transfer request form to the counter of the financial institution.
