Web account transfer service for Municipal Housing

The Web Fund Transfer Service is a service that allows you to apply for fund transfer (automatic payment) using the Internet from a PC or smartphone. You do not need to go to a financial institution window, fill out a request form or seal, so you can apply 24 hours a day.

Application reception site

・Subject names are listed in the name column of the delivery notice.
・You will need to enter the basic number on the site. Please refer to the delivery notice.
・Depending on each financial institution, the information required for application (PIN, final transaction balance stated in the passbook, date of birth of the account holder, etc.) differs.

From the fund transfer for April 2024, the following two lines are also available.
・PayPay Bank
・Rakuten Bank
※You can select the above two lines from December 1, 2023, but fund transfer will start after April 2024.

Fund transfer start month

After the procedure is completed, we will mail the “Bank Transfer Start Month Notice” to the holder (payer). Please check the start month.
Estimate of start month: From the month following the application date

Transfer date

The transfer date is the last day of each month (if the last day is a holiday, it will be the next business day).

Notes (please read)

・Please pay with a payment slip until the fund transfer is started.
・If there is a reason that the transfer cannot be transferred to the designated account (insufficient balance, cancellation, etc.), the transfer process will not be possible again. Please pay with the payment slip to be sent at a later date.
・A receipt will not be issued, so please confirm the transfer in your bank account book.
・With this service, you will not be able to apply for cancellation. At the counter of the financial institution that will cancel the fund transfer, please file by submitting a fund transfer cancellation notification.
・If the holder (payer) is changed, the procedure is required again.
・This service will not be available during the maintenance period.

  From 11:30 pm on the fourth Sunday of every month until 9:00 am on the following Sunday
  From 1:00 am to 9:00 am on the last Tuesday of January, April, July, and October
  ※For other times that cannot be used by each financial institution, please contact your financial institution.
