Municipal Housing Usage Fees Web Fund Transfer Service

The Web fund transfer reception service is a service that allows you to apply for fund transfer (automatic payment) using the Internet from a PC or smartphone. You can apply 24 hours a day, without having to go to a financial institution or fill out a request form or seal.

Application reception site

・The name of the subject is indicated in the name column of the delivery notice.
・It is necessary to enter the basic number on the site. Please check the delivery notice.
・Depending on each financial institution, the information required for application (PIN, the final transaction balance described in the passbook, the date of birth of the account holder, etc.) differs.

Fund transfer start month

After the procedure is completed, we will mail the “Bank Transfer Start Month Notice” to the holder (payment obligation holder). Please check the start month.
Estimates for the start month: From the month following the application date

Transfer date

The transfer date is the last day of each month (if the last day is a holiday, it is the next business day).

Notes (Please be sure to read)

・Please pay by payment slip until fund transfer starts.
・If there is a reason that the transfer cannot be made to the designated account (lack balance, cancellation, etc.), the transfer process cannot be performed again. Please pay with the payment slip sent at a later date.
・A receipt will not be issued, so please check the transfer in your bank account.
・With this service, you cannot apply for "cancellation". At the window of the financial institution that cancels fund transfer, please complete the procedure by notification of cancellation of fund transfer.
・If the holder (payment obligation) is changed, the procedure is required again.
・This service is not available during the maintenance period.
  <Maintenance Period>
  From 11:30 pm on the fourth Sunday of every month to 9:00 am on the following Sunday
  From 1:00 am to 9:00 am on the last Tuesday of January, April, July and October
  ※For other times that cannot be used for each financial institution, please contact your financial institution.
