What is the Web Fund Transfer Service?

It is a service that allows you to apply for fund transfer such as water charges from the Internet.
There is no need to prepare documents or submit a notification stamp, and it is easy to set up a transfer account at a specific financial institution.
In addition, this service cannot be applied for accounts of corporations other than personal names.
※This service uses a security-protected external site provided by Yamato System Development Co., Ltd. and financial institutions.

What is required for application

①Financial institution name, branch name, and savings account number can be confirmed (passbook, cash card, etc.)
②Items that can confirm the customer number of the place of use where you wish to make a fund transfer (such as meter reading notices and delivery notices)
※ If you do not know your customer number, please contact the Water Works Bureau Customer Service Center.

Financial institutions eligible for the Web Fund Transfer Service

Not all financial institutions handling fund transfer such as water charges are eligible financial institutions.

Points to note before applying

・If you apply using this service, you will not be able to cancel after the reception is completed.
・If you use the browser's "Back", "Proceed" or "Reload" buttons, an error will occur. Press the button on the screen to proceed with the procedure. Also, please note that if you do not operate for more than 15 minutes, a timeout will occur.
・On the application page of the financial institution, be sure to press the buttons displayed on the last page, such as "Notification", "Send", and "Return to Storage Agency". If you do not press that button, the procedure may not be completed successfully.
・If the procedure is interrupted, such as closing the browser on the way, it will be treated as if there was no application.
・When the application is completed successfully, an e-mail of acceptance will be sent from "info@nekonet.co.jp". Please note that if you have not received the e-mail, the procedure may not be completed successfully.
・If you have set to receive or reject only specific e-mails before applying, such as spam countermeasures, please set so that you can receive e-mails with URL from "info@nekonet.co.jp".
・Please also check each note on the application input page and the "Bank transfer payment" page.
