This service allows you to apply for a fund transfer such as water charges from the Internet.
You do not need to create documents or submit a notification stamp, and you can easily set up a transfer account at a specific financial institution.
In addition, this service cannot be applied for accounts of corporations other than personal names.
※This service uses external sites protected by security provided by Yamato System Development Co., Ltd. and financial institutions.
①A financial institution name, branch name, and savings account number can be confirmed (passbook, cash card, etc.)
②Those who can confirm the customer number of the place of use where the fund transfer is desired (notice of meter reading, delivery notice, etc.)
※ If you do not know your customer number, please contact the Water Works Bureau Customer Service Center.
Not all financial institutions that handle fund transfers such as water rates are eligible financial institutions.

・If you use the "Back", "Proceed", or "Reload" buttons in the browser are used, an error will occur. Press the button on the screen to proceed with the procedure. Also, please note that if the operation is not performed for more than 15 minutes, the timeout will occur.
・On the application page of the financial institution, be sure to press the buttons displayed on the last page, such as "Notification", "Send", and "Return to the storage institution". If you do not press the button, the procedure may not be completed properly.
・If the procedure is interrupted, such as closing the browser on the way, it will be treated as if there was no application.
・When your application is completed successfully, an e-mail will be sent from "info@nekonet.co.jp". Please note that if you have not received the e-mail, the procedure may not have been completed properly.
・Before applying, if you have set up to receive or reject only specific e-mails for spam measures, etc., please make settings so that you can receive e-mail with URL from "info@nekonet.co.jp".
