School Lunch Fee Web Fund Transfer Service

What is the Web Fund Transfer Service?

It is a service that allows you to apply for a fund transfer for payment of school lunch fees from the Internet.
There is no need to prepare documents or submit a notification stamp, and it is easy to set up a transfer account at a specific financial institution.
※This service uses a security-protected external site provided by Yamato System Development Co., Ltd. and financial institutions.

Eligible financial institutions

Those who have a personal account of the following financial institutions are eligible.
In the case of financial institutions that are not eligible, you cannot apply using the Web Fund Transfer Service.

If you wish to make a fund transfer from a financial institution that is not eligible for the Web fund transfer reception service, use the "Yokohama City School Lunch Fund Transfer Request Form and Automatic Payment Application Form" distributed at the school. Please apply at the window.

Application deadline and timing of transfer payment

In principle, fund transfer will start from the month following the procedure.
The transfer date is the 29th of each month (the last day of February), but if it is a holiday or a holiday, it will be the next business day.

Notes (Please be sure to read)

・Even if you apply for fund transfer, you will not be able to transfer the school lunch fee before the transfer start, so be sure to pay with the delivery notice sent.
・Due to paperwork, we may send you a delivery notice until the first fund transfer starts. In that case, please pay directly at the counter of the financial institution.
・If the amount of school lunch fees is changed, you will be notified in a notice before the transfer is paid.
・If the fund transfer cannot be made due to a shortage of funds, etc., please pay directly at the counter of a financial institution using a payment slip with a reminder letter at a later date.
・If you transfer to another Yokohama City School, you will continue to transfer from the same account. You don't have to go through transfer again.
・In the event of a refund event, the refund will be transferred to the account you applied for.
・Usage may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance of financial institutions and related businesses.
・If you apply more than once a day, the correct account information may not be registered, so please open the date and apply again.
・Please apply using either the fund transfer payment request form or the web fund transfer reception service. In case of duplicates, the correct account information may not be registered.

Please apply from the Web fund transfer reception service (school lunch fee) (outside site). Move to the Yokohama City Web Fund Transfer Reception Site managed and operated by Yamato System Development Co., Ltd.
