School Lunch Fee Web Account Transfer Service

What is the Web Account Transfer Service?

This service allows you to apply for a fund transfer for payment of school lunch fees from the Internet.
You do not need to create documents or submit a notification stamp, and you can easily set up a transfer account at a specific financial institution.
※This service uses external sites protected by security provided by Yamato System Development Co., Ltd. and financial institutions.

Subject Financial Institutions

Those who have personal accounts of the following financial institutions are eligible.
In the case of financial institutions that are not eligible, you cannot apply using the Web account transfer service.

If you wish to make a fund transfer from a financial institution that is not eligible for the Web Fund Transfer Service, use the "Yokohama City School Lunch Fee Fund Transfer Request Form and Automatic Payment Application Form" distributed at the school. Please apply at the window.

Application deadline and time of transfer payment

In principle, fund transfer will start from the month following the procedure is completed.
The transfer date is the 29th of each month (February is the last day), but if it is a holiday or holiday, it will be the next business day.

Notes (please read)

・Even if you apply for a fund transfer, you will not be able to transfer school lunch fees before the transfer start, so be sure to pay with the delivery notice sent.
・Due to paperwork, a delivery notice may be sent until the first fund transfer is started. In that case, please pay directly at the counter of the financial institution.
・If the amount of school lunch fee is changed, we will notify you in a letter before the transfer is paid.
・If the fund transfer cannot be made due to a shortage of funds, etc., please pay directly at the counter of a financial institution using a payment slip with a reminder letter.
・If you transfer to another Yokohama City School, you will continue to transfer from the same account. You do not need to apply again by transfer.
・In the event of a refund reason, we will transfer the refund to the account you applied for.
・Due to system maintenance of financial institutions and related businesses, the use may be temporarily suspended.
・If you apply multiple times a day, correct account information may not be registered, so please open the date and apply again.
・Please apply using either the fund transfer payment request form or the web fund transfer reception service. In case of overlapping, correct account information may not be registered.

Please apply from the web fund transfer reception service (school lunch fee) (outside site). Move to the Yokohama City Web Fund Transfer Reception Site managed and operated by Yamato System Development Co., Ltd.
