Web fund transfer service for childcare fees, etc.

Childcare fees for Yokohama City must be paid by fund transfer. If you decide to enter the park, please register from the Web Fund Transfer Service.
If you could not apply before entering the park or want to change your transfer account, you can also register here.
In addition, this service uses a secure external site provided by Yamato System Development Co., Ltd. and financial institutions.
What is required for application
- Financial institution name, branch name, and savings account number (passbook, cash card, etc.) (* 1)
- Those who know the certificate number (childcare / payment authorization decision letter or delivery letter, etc.) (* 2)
※1 Depending on account contracts (accounts that do not issue a cash card, etc.), registration may not be possible from the Web Fund Transfer Service. Please refer to the website of your financial institution for details.
※You can do so even if you do not know your certificate number. If you do not find it at hand, please proceed to the application page.

About maintenance period
You will not be able to apply during the maintenance period of the web account transfer service.

From 11:30 pm on the fourth Sunday of every month to 9:00 am on the following Sunday
From 1:00 am to 9:00 am on the last Tuesday of January, April, July and October
In addition, maintenance may be performed temporarily.
In addition, there is a maintenance period depending on the financial institution.
If you can not connect only to the financial institution's site, contact your financial institution.
If you wish to register at a financial institution that does not handle the Web Fund Transfer Service, please contact the Child and Youth Bureau Childcare and Education Certification Division (Tel: 045-671-0259). We will mail the application form. (It is also distributed at the Children and Families Support Division window in each ward.)
In the case of application using a paper application form, it may take about one to two months from application to registration, so please contact us as soon as possible.
