We have started smartphone payment (invoice payment) for National Health Insurance premium.
From April 1, 2022, payment using the smartphone payment application can be made as a payment method for payment of payment slips.

Overview
Read the barcode printed on the payment slip from a smartphone etc. using a compatible application (PayB, Rakuten Bank, Bank Pay, LINE Pay, Pay, auPAY, J-Coin) and perform the payment procedure.
Payment will be made from the balance charged to the app in advance or the bank account linked to the app.
There is no fee for the payment procedure. In addition, the cost of communication such as apps will be borne by the user.
Payment slips (*) without barcodes cannot be handled by smartphone payments. Please pay at the financial institution listed on the back of the payment slip.

Notes (Please be sure to check)
•Payment is not possible by presenting the application at the ward office Insurance and Pension Division window, financial institutions, convenience stores, etc.
•Receipts will not be issued. (Screens such as smartphone transaction history is not treated as a receipt.) If you need a receipt, please pay at the financial institution or convenience store listed on the back of the payment slip.
•After the payment procedure is completed, payment cannot be canceled.
•If you pay using the smartphone payment application, you will not be able to issue certificates such as the amount paid immediately after payment. If you are in a hurry to issue it, please pay at the financial institution listed on the back of the payment slip.
•Payment procedure is required for each payment slip. Once you complete the procedure, such as direct debit, the subsequent delivery date will not be automatically settled. With the National Health Insurance premium, we recommend a fund transfer that you will not forget to pay once you complete the procedure.
