We have started smartphone payment (invoice payment) for National Health Insurance premiums.
From April 1, 2022, payment using the smartphone payment application can be made as a payment method.

Overview
The barcode printed on the payment slip is read from a smartphone or the like using a compatible application (PayB, Rakuten Bank, Bank Pay, LINE Pay, auPAY, J-Coin) and the payment procedure is performed.
Payments will be made from the balance charged to the application in advance or the bank account linked to the application.
There is no charge for the payment procedure. In addition, the cost of communication of the application etc. will be borne by the user.
Payment slips without barcodes (*) cannot be handled by smartphone payment. Please pay at the financial institution listed on the back of the payment slip.
※Payment slips with a payment amount of more than 300,000 yen and arrears payment slips

Notes (Please be sure to check)
•Payment cannot be made by presenting the application at the ward office Insurance and Pension Division window, financial institutions, convenience stores, etc.
•A receipt will not be issued. (The screen of the transaction history of the smartphone etc. is not treated as a receipt.) If you need a receipt, please pay at the financial institution or convenience store listed on the back of the payment slip.
•After the payment procedure is completed, payment cannot be canceled.
•If you pay using the smartphone payment application, you will not be able to issue a certificate, etc. immediately after payment. If you are in a hurry to issue, please pay at the financial institution listed on the back of the payment slip.
•Payment procedures are required for each payment slip. Once you complete the procedure like fund transfer, the subsequent delivery date will not be automatically settled. The National Health Insurance premium recommends that you do not forget to pay once you complete the procedure.
