Can I change a normal PASMO purchased at a station or the like to a PASMO that can be autocharged?

You can't change it. It is necessary to apply for a PASMO that can be automatically charged to the credit company in advance. (The application form is available at the station office.)
PASMOs that are no longer used will be refunded.
※The handling of each station office is from 7:00 to 22:00.
