Can you issue a receipt at the municipal subway?

Receipts will be issued as follows only on the day of purchase of the ticket.
Please note that you will not be able to issue a receipt after using the ticket.

When purchasing a ticket at a ticket vending machine

The "Receipt" button will be displayed on the screen, so please touch it.

When purchasing a ticket at a station office or Customer Service Center (Center Minami Station, Yokohama Station, Kami-Ooka Station).

Please tell the staff that you need a receipt.
