What is the origin of the name of PASMO?
Last Updated August 30, 2022
PASMO is used as the initial "PAS" of the railway common card ticket "Pasnet (PASSNET)" (launched in 2008) and "MO" of "MORE" which means "more". In addition, "Mo" of "Pasmo" also plays a role as an assistant word representing "&" that combines the passnet and the common bus card (end of 2010), and "trains, buses, and that are also available." It is also a "mo" that means scalability.
