I've lost my commuter pass for the municipal subway. What should I do?

Magnetic commuter passes cannot be reissued, but if you have a PASMO commuter pass, you can reissue it.

Loss and reissue procedures

Please bring your identity verification documents, etc. to the station office, and apply for reissue registration. It can be reissued after the next day. (A fee and a new deposit are required.)
PASMO found after reissuing will return the deposit of 500 yen in exchange if you bring your identity verification documents to the station office and bring it to the station office.
Refunds will not be made unless identification documents are presented. In addition, you will not be able to register for loss over the phone.
