What is the response when a municipal subway stops driving due to an accident or the like?

The latest information received by station staff and crew will be announced by broadcast at any time.
If it is determined that the operation will resume short time, please wait.
If it is certain that it will take a long time to resume operation, or if it is judged that there is a high possibility, transfer transportation will be carried out by other nearby railways. (The use of SF of IC cards, and the special ticket for respect for the elderly (Keiro Pass), special ticket for welfare (Welfare Pass), and special ticket are not eligible for transfer transportation.)
