Based on this situation, we show basic policy of land use after return in Negishi residential area as "Negishi residential area ruins use basic plan (draft)" and rebuild Negishi residential area as Yokohama City University School of Medicine, 2 affiliated hospitals etc. We have recruited opinions (plans) for the Yokohama City University School of Medicine and 2 affiliated hospitals, etc. as the most promising candidate site for maintenance.
