In order to promote the active participation of women and work-life balance, Yokohama City certifies and supports city companies that actively promote the creation of a work environment where men and women can work together as the "Yokohama Good Balance Award". You. The number of certified companies is increasing year by year, and the creation of a comfortable work environment for small and medium-sized enterprises in the city is progressing.
In fiscal 2020, 26 companies were newly certified, and the number of certified companies was 199, the highest ever.
