　Yokohama City is considering the introduction of the Social Impact Bond (SIB), a new public-private partnership method.
In order to implement SIB experimental project, which is the first in Yokohama City to introduce private funds, Kids Public Corporation (President: Naoya Hashimoto), EY New Japan Limited Liability Audit Corporation (President: Masami Katakura), Bank of Yokohama, Ltd. (President: Yasuyoshi Oya), and the Research Institute for Public Management and Social Strategy (Tokyo University President: Ichiro Tsukamoto).
　In experimental project, we offer a service (Obstetrics and gynaecology Online and Pediatrics Online) that allows you to easily consult a specialist doctor online between the pregnancy period and the four months after childbirth, when you are particularly anxious, to verify the effectiveness of using the service to reduce the risk of mother's postpartum depression.
