Today (October 26), the Designated City Mayors' Association (Chairman: The Mayor of Yokohama Fumiko Hayashi) and the Core City Mayors' Association held the “Designated City Mayors' Association, Core City Mayors' Association Chairman and Cooperation Mayors' Meeting” in Tokyo. We compiled "co-proposal of Designated City Mayors' Association and Core City Mayors' Association Joint Proposal on National Measures and Budget" for solving common issues common to the Mayors Association.
In addition, after the meeting, the Mayors' Meeting will jointly make a request to the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications Takeda, the Minister for Special Affairs of the Cabinet Office, and the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare regarding this joint proposal.
