In Yokohama City, everyone can fully demonstrate their individuality and abilities regardless of gender, and are working to realize a gender equality society in which they can participate in all fields.
This year, we conducted a survey on gender equality targeting city offices. This survey will be used for the basic materials of the 5th Yokohama City Gender Equality Action Plan (Reiwa 3-7) currently under development and for further promotion of gender equality measures in Motoichi.
We are pleased to announce that the survey results have been finalized.
