Mayor Hayashi attended the "APEC Women and Economic Forum" held in Chile. On October 2, he gave an opening speech at the opening ceremony of the APEC Best Awards, and on October 3, he spoke as a panelist at the Public-Private Dialogue on Women and the Economy.
